Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a social/recreational program within the last 5 years, including at least 1 year full-time in a patient activities program in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and lead a well-rounded activities program that supports residents’ social, emotional, physical, and therapeutic needs.
• Hire, train, and retain a strong team of qualified staff to support the department.
• Manage and maintain activity supplies and resources.
• Coordinate and facilitate Resident Council meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations and management responsibilities.
