Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in accordance with New Jersey regulations.
• Associate degree in recreation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan recreation program by developing policies, goals and clear procedures.
• Post monthly schedules and encourage resident involvement.
• Document progress and maintain records for future planning.
• Develop resident care plans and manage volunteers.
• Implement a weekly, engaging recreation program for all residents.
• Ensure safety, compliance with codes, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with staff and committees to support activities and education.
