Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in Tinton Falls, NJ, seeks an Activity Program Coordinator to design and facilitate programs that stimulate residents’ physical, intellectual, social, and emotional well-being. The role requires supervisory experience and a passion for elder care, with a schedule of Sunday-Thursday 8a-5p.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a robust benefits package including 401k, education assistance, and onsite

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Activities Staff with supervisory experience or 3 years as a Programming Assistant.
• Experience leading groups with varying physical and cognitive independence.
• Experience with elderly populations.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings.

Mansioni

• Design, plan and facilitate programs for individuals and groups in the community.
• Escort residents on group trips and excursions and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with team members, volunteers and families to enhance resident experience.
• Assess resident needs and preferences to provide beneficial activities.
• Lead and supervise activities in various spaces and rooms.

Formazione

Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field

Certified or eligible for certification (AAC or CTRS)
