Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience with permanent supportive housing.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Educational background in social work, public policy, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis and resident services provision in affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mission impact initiatives in collaboration with the VP of Mission Impact.
• Lead and facilitate blended management meetings with service providers and property teams.
• Oversee service funding management and ensure fiscal accountability for grants.
• Develop data-informed policies to improve resident housing stability.
• Maintain databases and reporting for funders and stakeholders.
