Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking a Compliance, Risk Management, and Account Management professional focused on contracted Resident housing facilities within the PACE/LIFE network. The role emphasizes audits, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to improve quality and contractual compliance.

Travel will be significant (local and out of state) to support centers and housing providers. Strong communication, investigative skills, and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with current and relevant knowledge of state and federal regulations for Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities.
  • RN/LPN or Clinical degree/license preferred.
  • Current knowledge of P.A.C.E. Regulations – Preferred.
  • Knowledge of interviewing and investigation techniques and implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Previous experience with Long-Term Care or Assisted Living Resident housing facilities.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations, rapport building, and interpret complex rules.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with network expansion by pre-vetting audits of new Resident housing provider contracts.
  • Gathers information and monitors survey results to identify adverse outcomes.
  • Performs routine audits of contracted Resident care housing providers and prepares reports for leadership.
  • Collaborates with PACE/LIFE leadership to identify partnership needs.
  • Facilitates resolution of care or compliance issues and ensures action planning.
  • Implements corrective actions with center leadership to improve quality and contractual compliance.
  • Monitors effectiveness of corrective actions and maintains ongoing account management for housing providers, as primary contact.
