Job summary

Leisure Living - Springvale Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a Part Time Front Desk & Community Support specialist in Swartz Creek, MI. You will greet residents, answer phones, and assist with activities and guest services in a welcoming environment.

Position emphasizes strong customer service, multi-tasking, and teamwork. Hours vary with shifts and occasional weekends/holidays; pay is $14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in Windows; ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Answer main entry door in a timely fashion and follow screening protocols.
• Answer phones, as needed.
• Clean, disinfect and straighten main common area.
• Assist Life Enrichment with setup, cleaning/sanitizing, and monitoring visits for residents.
• Participate in resident engagement activities as directed by Life Enrichment.
• Maintain front porch appearance and mail distribution.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform other duties within scope and requirements.
