Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group's Leisure Living - Springvale Assisted Living and Memory Care in Michigan is seeking a Hospitality Specialist for part-time shifts. The role centers on welcoming residents, guests, staff and vendors, with duties at the front door, phone station, and community spaces.

You will handle screening, receptionist tasks, light cleaning, and support Life Enrichment activities, while maintaining a professional, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office in Windows.
• Ability to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, staff and vendors in a welcoming manner.
• Answer main entry door and screen visitors.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Clean, disinfect and maintain the main common area.
• Sanitize entry surfaces and door handles.
• Assist Life Enrichment with setting up and supervising visits.
• Support resident engagement activities.
• Maintain front porch appearance and supervise cleanliness.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
