Job summary

Fairparknursing is seeking a personable Guest Relations Coordinator to create a warm, welcoming experience for residents and their guests in our Dallas facility. You will be the first friendly face, helping families feel informed and supported throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, guiding tours, coordinating dining and events, and collaborating with staff to ensure exceptional service. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and attentive to guest and resident needs.
• Demonstrates a warm, welcoming personality and professionalism.
• Organized and skilled at event or schedule coordination.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and escort to rooms; assist with unpacking and room setup.
• Provide comfort items and assist with meal/ snack coordination as permitted.
• Orient guests to facility amenities and services.
• Host tours for families and guests, showcasing resident-centered services.
• Coordinate dining and events; assist with private dining and family events.
• Support activities and help residents attend or enjoy in-room leisure.
• Make daily rounds to check on residents and respond to needs.
• Greet visitors warmly, remember names, and ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate guest and resident services.
• Assist with discharges and packing belongings; provide support during discharge.
• Follow up with discharged residents to ensure satisfaction with care.
