Wan Bridge Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist to attract qualified residents and match them with the perfect home in our community. You will engage with prospects, tour properties, and guide them through the leasing process while ensuring current residents are well supported.

The role is integral to building thriving communities. You will handle applications, move-ins, renewals, and ongoing resident relations, with a focus on responsive service and compliance with community policies.

Competenze

• 1 year of sales, retail or leasing experience is a plus.
• Property Management Software (PMS) experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.

Mansioni

• Recruit prospective residents and facilitate rental transactions.
• Provide community tours and lease homes; highlight amenities.
• Complete lead detail reports and market surveys.
• Qualify applicants using Rental Qualifying Criteria and process applications.
• Facilitate move-ins with necessary documents and ensure unit readiness.
• Educate residents on community rules and HOA guidelines.
