The Gardens Columbus by Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across the grounds and common areas of the community.

You will support the maintenance team with make-ready turns, trash-outs, and light repairs while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Strong English communication and physical outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and curb appeal across multiple buildings.
• Clean and maintain common areas, leasing office, and amenity spaces.
• Assist maintenance with make-ready and light repairs.
• Identify safety hazards and report to supervisor, following safety procedures.
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents and guests.
