• Knowledge of property management software: OneSite and NextGen, or ability to learn them.
• Valid VA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage public inquiries, tours, volunteer activities, and development planning.
• Assist with rent collection, applicant processing, and budgeting.
• Prepare information for rent increase requests and maintain property records.
• Assist in inspections and audits for regulators and funders.
