Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support Bayside Village at 3 Bayside Village. The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and machinery upkeep to ensure resident comfort and safety.

You will join a collaborative team and may work weekends. A background in commercial or multi-unit residential maintenance plus strong customer service is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property required.
• HS Diploma/GED required; 3-4 years experience can offset educational requirements.
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Driver's license may be required depending on property needs.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both verbal & written.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, perform cleaning and replacements as needed.
• Conduct plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks including doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint interiors including drywall/plaster repairs and finishes.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches, outlets.
• Machinery maintenance: chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and colleagues.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
