Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical tasks, and operate maintenance machinery, while delivering exceptional service to residents.

The role requires 1–2 years in commercial or multi-unit residential property, a High School Diploma/GED, and preferred HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications. Weekend work may be required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of required experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property.
• High School Diploma/GED; 3–4 years of experience can offset minimum educational requirements.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• May be required to work weekends.
• English communication skills; multilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and replace HVAC components.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
• Paint and patch drywall/plaster; general maintenance.
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, and switches; operate associated machinery.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
