Annex Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our community and ensure high resident satisfaction. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with housing codes, and cost-effective management of materials and resources.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisor experience, basic trades knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to support residents and partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in a maintenance supervisor position.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic maintenance skills
• Must possess authentic and genuine care for others with a strong desire to impact positive change in residents’ lives
• Proficient communicator and ability to work independently and with others

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners.
• Execute best-in-class curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Manage and oversee maintenance operations and continuous improvement of the community.
• Direct, manage and assist employees or vendors engaged in maintenance or repair.
• Train maintenance team members or vendors on SOPs.
• Requisition materials and supplies and coordinate budgeting and expenditures.
• Conduct all required inspections per SOPs and preventive maintenance policies.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry duties.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as scheduled.
