Job summary

The Annex Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure superior experiences for residents and partners. This role requires hands-on oversight, strong communication, and adherence to housing codes and company policies.

You will manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety protocols across the community, while coordinating with vendors and budgetary responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in a maintenance supervisor position.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, partners, investors and owners.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Aim for high resident survey results.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs.
• Oversee maintenance operations and continuous improvement.
• Direct and assist maintenance staff and vendors.
• Train team members on SOPs.
• Requisition parts, equipment and CAPEX items.
• Assist in budget prep and monitor expenditures.
• Conduct inspections per procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, electrical and carpentry duties.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call after-hours emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
