Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property communities. You will be the right-hand for management, helping preserve the property's physical attributes, deliver high-quality maintenance, and uphold standards across the community.

The position requires at least one year of maintenance experience, working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance, plus strong written and verbal English and basic computer

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Experience with appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Proficient in writing and speaking English and comfortable using computers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Provide support to management in upholding standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all safety measures are enforced.
• Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control and ensuring key security.
• Be an inspector! Curb appeal is imperative, make sure the property looks its’ best.
• Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and your teammates.
