Job summary

Wasatch Property Management is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment communities. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks while ensuring resident satisfaction and timely responses to service requests.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, strong communication, and a resident-first mindset, with on-site responsibilities and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing and maintaining common maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Detail-oriented, multitask, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in under 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Represent the Wasatch brand and maintain a resident-first mindset.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality work.
