SLP Operations, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper for a long-term care facility in Diboll, Texas. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, offices, and common areas to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Under supervision, you will follow health and safety policies, participate in orientation, and coordinate daily housekeeping with other departments. The position may require evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts.

• Must be able to interact positively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to follow health and safety policies and infection control standards.
• Must be able to work long or irregular hours.
• Able to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, offices, and common areas (vacuuming, dusting, mopping, polishing).
• Store supplies properly and follow safety, infection control, and sanitation policies.
• Attend orientation and in-service programs as required by the facility.
• Follow policies regarding residents’ rights and report incidents promptly.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping services with other departments as needed.
• Perform floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors as directed.
• Assist with heavy lifting and move furniture as assigned.
