Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for full-time on-site work in Texas. The role involves cleaning public spaces and resident apartments, interacting with residents, and following safety protocols.

Training will be provided to ensure quality and consistency across communities. Responsibilities include floor and carpet care, surface and bathroom cleaning, and reporting health or safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, dust, damp mop, wet mop, strip, wax and buff floors.
• Carpet Cleaning: Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize and disinfect carpets.
• Surface Cleaning: Clean and disinfect surfaces; handle hazardous cleaners safely.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and sanitize public restrooms; keep fixtures clean.
• Resident Apartment Cleaning: Clean assigned apartments and change linens as needed.
• Resident Interaction: Provide friendly and attentive service and report concerns.
• Documentation: Log cleaning activities per procedures.
• Emergency Response: Assist with disaster response per protocols.
• Training & Development: Participate in in-service training and on-the-job education.
