SLP Operations, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident rooms and facility areas in a long-term care setting. Under supervision, you will ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning, following safety protocols, floor care, and coordinating with other departments. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and the ability to read and follow instructions are required to succeed in this role.

• Must interact positively with residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and be willing to work long or irregular hours.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Mansioni

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies; report hazards.
• Attend orientation and required in-service programs.
• Promote residents’ rights and dignity.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping with other departments.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies; assist with light lifting.
• Perform floor care such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
