• Maintain clean and orderly maintenance areas and manage supplies.

Mansioni

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out the trash.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, common areas, and corridors.
• Disinfect and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and furniture to maintain a clean environment.
• Empties ashtrays daily and cleans walls, ceilings, and floors as needed.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Participates in infection control and universal precautions practices.
• Maintain the appearance of maintenance work areas and minimize waste of supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues.
