Job summary

LionStone Care in Brook Park, OH is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Aide to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within a healthcare environment. The role emphasizes resident comfort and infection control.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, laundry services, supply management, and safe handling of cleaning chemicals. Training is provided; prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare/long-term care or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and other spaces following procedures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish floors and surfaces.
• Handle laundry services: wash, dry, fold, distribute linens.
• Restock cleaning supplies and monitor inventory; inform supervisor when to order.
• Follow infection control policies and wear PPE when needed.
• Interact with residents and staff in a friendly, professional manner; respond to requests promptly.
