Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain clean, welcoming spaces for residents and guests. You’ll perform standard housekeeping tasks, build rapport with residents, and support a safe, comfortable living environment.

Role requires reliable schedule (Mon-Fri 8:00am–4:30pm) and basic English; prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Apply to join a friendly team at our resort-style community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; follow PPE guidelines.
