Job summary

Healthcare Services Group Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow infection control practices, and engage positively with residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a willingness to work with safety guidelines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and residency within the service area are needed, with benefits provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Interact with residents, staff and guests to provide customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
