Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow established sanitation and safety procedures, and interact positively with residents and staff to support quality care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Vaccination policies and residency within the service area are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow infection control policies and safety guidelines.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance/safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
