Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will work with residents and staff to ensure high cleanliness standards and a pleasant living environment.

Starting pay is USD 19.00 per hour. HCSG offers telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and training opportunities, with location-based variations. Residency within the service area is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing good service.
• All other duties as assigned.
