Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role supports resident care and operational standards while promoting a positive atmosphere for residents and staff.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks and follow safety procedures. Starting pay is USD 9.50 per hour, with benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, delivering excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
