Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety guidelines, and interact positively with residents and staff to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Starting pay is USD 16.00 per hour. HCSG offers benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career development opportunities, with additional benefits varying by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents and staff.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work around cleaning products and follow safety guidelines.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies and universal precautions.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
