Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role supports residents and staff by delivering high-quality cleaning services and adhering to safety guidelines.

Starting pay is USD 13.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for training and career development. A high school diploma is required and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to comply with infection control and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests providing good customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
