Arrow Senior Living Management in Rogers, AR is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This full-time position runs 8:00am–4:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with a pay range of $15–$17.75 per hour.

You will clean resident rooms and shared spaces, adhere to health standards, and support residents with a friendly attitude. Candidates must have a high school diploma and proficient English, plus the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a basic level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas to create a comfortable, safe living environment.
• Ensure cleanliness from lobby to staff areas and manage items in their designated places.
