Arrow Senior Living in Conway, AR is seeking a part-time housekeeper to provide resident-focused cleaning and upkeep. The role supports a home-like environment, maintaining cleanliness from resident rooms to common areas, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both residents and team members.

Shift is Tue-Sat 8:00am–2:00pm, paying $14.75–$17 per hour. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, read and speak English, stay physically active, and pass health screening and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing/comprehension at least 8th grade.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Active as role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening and TB test required.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents to keep areas clean and comfortable.
• Ensure all areas are tidy and in their place, from lobby to break room.
