The Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Part-time Housekeeper to provide cleaning and housekeeping services for residents, ensuring a comfortable, safe living environment.

The role requires English literacy, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. The shift is Saturday 9:00am–1:00pm, with a pay range of $17–$19.50 per hour. Join a supportive team focused on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Health screening and TB test as required.
• Criminal clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents, keeping rooms and common areas clean, safe and comfortable.
• Ensure spaces from lobby to staff areas are tidy and organized.

We are looking for someone (like you)

• Make Each Room a Home: By providing housekeeping services for residents, you make each area a comfortable, clean, and cozy place to live.
• Be the Master of the Mise enScène: From behind the scenes, you ensure each area, from the lobby to the employee break room, is tidy and clean, with everything in its place.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You shall have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You should be professional in appearance and conduct.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart.
• Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks. Good physical health shall be verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment. Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
• You must be criminally cleared.
