Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals for residents while following dietary requirements, special diets, and nutritional guidelines.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Comply with state dietary regulations and facility policies.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and timely meal service to residents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen and work area.
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure excellent resident satisfaction.
