Responsibilities

• Support mission and uphold company culture in daily operations.
• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests accurately with a positive attitude.
• Write resident or guest food orders on order slips.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Attend training courses and maintain up-to-date LMS training.
• Other duties as assigned to support community and residents’ happiness.
