Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality, and maintain a clean kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook/food prep experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Maintain sanitation and a clean, orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
