Sagora Senior Living is hiring a full-time Cook at Parkview on Hollybrook, 601 Hollybrook Drive. You will prepare a la carte meals, monitor stock, and ensure clean, safe kitchen operations to serve residents in independent, assisted, or memory care settings.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit required by state/local authorities.
• 1+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Ability to prepare dishes for specific diets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items for residents.
• Monitor stock and manage kitchen inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and courteously.
