Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a relational and motivated Cleaner for theAffinity at Nampa community to uphold daily housekeeping standards. You will clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas, and assist with vacant unit turnover, pool area upkeep, and equipment maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and the ability to work evenings/weekends as needed. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Customer service focused cleaner with ability to build rapport with residents.
• Must be a team player with a “we over me” attitude and strong communication in English.
• Janitorial experience in hotel or residential settings preferred.
• Proficiency in using email and basic computer programs (MS Office, online trainings).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a community culture focused on residents’ well-being and service.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces, and common areas daily.
• Clean vacant homes after move-outs using the checklist.
• Clean and organize pool house and associated spaces.
• Replace towels and maintain pool area cleanliness.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies and adhere to safety policies.
