Job summary

Axis Residential is hiring a Cleaner/Housekeeper for Affinity at Mirabeau, a 62+ active adult community. You will perform daily housekeeping across offices, amenity spaces and vacant apartments after move-outs, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and adherence to policies.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong English skills, and are reliable. Evening/weekend availability and a HS diploma are preferred; health benefits and 401(k) are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with residents in a senior living community.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
• Clean vacant apartment homes after move-outs using established checklists.
• Maintain pool house and public spaces, including restrooms and lobby areas.
• Remove used towels and ensure towels are replaced with clean ones daily.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good condition.
