Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated LPN to join the Elison Assisted Living of Bella Vita community in Venice. You will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care, promoting dignity and independence while following care plans and policies.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license, at least one year in senior living, and strong assessment, communication, and transfer skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Familiar with drug actions and interactions; strong assessment skills.
• Patience and courtesy when interacting with residents and families.
• Ability to assist transfers safely regardless of weight.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality and safe resident care services.
• Promote resident physical and emotional health per care plan.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Observe resident conditions and report changes to the coordinators.
• Respond to emergencies per guidelines.
