Job summary

Volante of Hanover in Hanover, MN is seeking a Cook to join our team. You will prepare a variety of dishes, ensure meals meet dietary needs, and engage residents to support their health and happiness.

We value strong kitchen hygiene, recipe adherence, and friendly resident interactions. A high school diploma is required with 2+ years’ kitchen experience; Serv-Safe is a plus, and First Aid may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience with food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation.
• Read and follow instructions, recipe books, menus, and food labels correctly.
• SERV-SAFE certification preferred but not required.
• May be required to hold valid First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes according to the daily menu.
• Follow dietary needs and create meals that are tasty and nutritious.
• Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
