Peak Management is seeking a Resident Specialist to join our Ramblewood Apartments team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to help achieve maximum occupancy and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires patience, professionalism, and teamwork with residents and staff. A solid understanding of Fair Housing, reliable transportation, and the ability to work across property events are essential.

Qualifications

• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Provide high quality customer service to residents and staff.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and communities through events.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.

• Foster a positive, collaborative relationship with residents and communities through events and programs.
• Support team efforts to maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Assist with tours and resident communications as needed.

• Ideal candidate works patiently, professionally, and cooperatively with residents and staff to provide high quality customer service.
• Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and communities with annual, monthly, weekly resident functions and events.
• Should demonstrate solid understanding of Fair Housing.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather
