Job summary

Comstock Companies is seeking a Security Officer for ParkX Management in Maryland. You will patrol the property, control access for guests and vendors, and enforce rules to ensure a safe, clean, and positive experience for residents and visitors.

The role requires a High School Diploma, Virginia security officer certification, and at least 1 year in a customer-service related field, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to work after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Virginia security officer certification is required by the state.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-service related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly patrols and access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Maintain safety and report any concerns to management.
• Enforce rules and document Ban Notices as needed.
• Assistイベントs and manage plaza/valet operations as required.
• Ensure fire access areas remain unobstructed.
