Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Residential Support Specialist (Part-Time) to support market performance by ensuring home readiness and smooth resident move-ins.

You will conduct inspections, perform light maintenance tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to document findings and resolve issues in a fast-paced field setting. A high school diploma and 2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and utilize mobile property inspection software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure tour-ready and move-in readiness.
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain standards; replace batteries, bulbs, filters, etc.
• Prepare homes for move-in by addressing issues and securing locks/lockboxes.
• Assist with utility inspections and ensure service transfers or maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and document inspections in real time.
