Upper Management Realty is seeking an organized, service-minded Property Manager to support residents and commercial occupants across the property lifecycle. This hands-on role combines direct resident communication with day-to-day operational follow-through.

You will handle routine inquiries, monitor accounts and lease expirations, coordinate renewals, and ensure timely resolution or proper handoff with professional ownership.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, calm approach to customer service.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple accounts, deadlines, and open requests.
• Good judgment when researching issues, applying procedures, and deciding when to escalate.
• Accuracy and discretion handling account information, lease matters, and resident disputes.
• Comfort learning and using property management software, portals, and internal systems.

Mansioni

• Respond to routine calls, emails, and messages from residents, owners, prospects, vendors, and commercial occupants.
• Research account, lease, and property information before responding; document important communications and follow-up.
• Review delinquency reports, verify balances, and track accounts through resolution or escalation.
• Administer eviction processes under supervision, including notices and coordinating service providers.
• Review upcoming lease expirations and prepare renewal communications.
• Track each renewal through final status (renewed, vacate, non-renewal, or management review).
• Assist residents with move-in/move-out procedures and routine lease questions.
• Help residents navigate maintenance requests and provide verified status updates.
• Follow open matters through resolution, documentation, escalation, or closure.
• Escalate unusual circumstances, disputed charges, and significant maintenance issues as needed.
