Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily apartment community operations and deliver excellent resident service. You will manage financial performance, leasing activities, and team coordination to maximize NOI and preserve assets.

Responsibilities include budget development, rent collection, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision at multiple properties as assigned. A strong background in property management and occupancy standards is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience; one year supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, and LIHTC program requirements.
• Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance and work toward achieving NOI.
• Maximize cash flow by revenue growth and delinquency management.
• Monitor Yardi data accuracy and leasing activities.
• Create annual operating budget with Accounting team.
• Review financial statements and prepare monthly variance reports.
• Coordinate team development and ensure adherence to policies.
