Job summary

National Development seeks an Assistant Property Manager for Emery Flats in Woburn, MA. The role emphasizes delivering a first-class resident experience and supporting leasing and community initiatives.

You will manage administrative tasks, lease processes, reporting, and marketing activities while maintaining property conditions and fostering a strong sense of community among residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Experience with YARDI software.
• Administrative and accounting skills.
• Experience with a Revenue Management software platform (YieldStar preferred).
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and rent payments.
• Tour prospective residents and guide through leasing and move-in.
• Prepare weekly and monthly leasing reports.
• Manage lease renewals process and reports.
• Assist with resident events and community marketing.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure units are presentable.
