Responsibilities

• Assist in budget oversight to meet occupancy and rent goals.
• Optimize revenue and manage vendor relationships.
• Administer leases and maintain property records; ensure timely payments.
• Leverage technology to streamline operations and support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with Facilities and regional team to ensure property is well-maintained and compliant.
