Job summary

Dominium Management Services seeks a Community Manager for Solstice of Mesa, a 237‑unit apartment community in Mesa, AZ. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, maximize occupancy, retention, and compliance, while leading on‑site staff and coordinating with corporate policies.

You will ensure resident relations, budget adherence, and timely maintenance, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field.
• Three years of multifamily property management experience; tax credit experience preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English); second language a plus.
• Must be reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think independently, work with minimal supervision, and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Manage property(ies) for stakeholders and maximize occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance.
• Supervise staff: orientation, training, performance reviews, salary recommendations, hiring/terminations under policy and laws.
• Foster resident relations and address issues promptly and fairly.
• Manage budgets, purchasing procedures, and adherence to accounting directives.
• Oversee move-ins/outs, screening files, and lease signings; coordinate with Marketing as needed.
• Ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly and property remains in presentable condition.
