Dominium seeks a Community Manager for Solstice of Mesa, a 237-unit apartment community in Mesa, AZ. You will lead the on-site team, drive occupancy and renewal strategies, and ensure daily operations, budgeting, and resident relations are handled professionally.

Qualifications

• Three years of multifamily property management experience required.
• ARM/COS/RAM or similar designation preferred.
• Accounting and administrative background preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Ability to speak a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations for Solstice of Mesa and potentially other properties.
• Oversee occupancy goals, renewals, budgeting, and staff performance reviews.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain high resident satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors; supervise contractors.
