Dominium Inc invites applications for a Community Manager at Solstice of Mesa, a 237-unit apartment community in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining property appearance, and resident retention while managing day-to-day operations.

You will supervise staff, coordinate training and performance reviews, handle leasing, renewals and move-ins/outs, and collaborate with Human Resources to ensure compliant staffing and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred) in a related field or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) and ability to speak in front of groups of people. The ability to speak a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages property (or properties) for stakeholders and maintains occupancy, collections, appearance, resident retention and compliance as applicable.
• Hires, terminates and reviews employees under policy, maintains records, and coordinates with Human Resources.
• Communicates with residents to foster good relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversees budgeting, purchasing procedures, and adherence to accounting directives within approved budgets.
• Collects rent and manages move-ins/outs, audits charges, and directs move-out processing.
